Product Introduction
Sight glass is always necessary in operation of glass lined vessels, it can be installed on a glass lined manhole cover or typcially on two glass lined nozzles on reactor cover, one with a lamp to inject light into the vessel and the other for operator's insight.
To have a clear view of process that is going on, one glass lined cross equipped with sight glass on both ends can be installed between two pipes.
Another design is to fix borosilicate glass pipe to two glass lined flanges with bolts while PTFE enveloped gaskets are applied in between to protect glass from breaking. Uusally it's used in a glass lined pipe system that requires visual checking from time to time.
