Product Introduction

Glass-lined distillation vessel is specially designed for distillation process that existed in corrosive environment. It has a jacket which is similar with reactor body. Heating water or oil will make circulation inside jacket so as to provide a steady heating source, while mediums inside vessel will be distilled.
Condensing unit (distillation column, vertical or horizontal condenser, water separator etc) is usually used together, the purpose is to collect/reflux solvents which volatilize because of heating.

【Application Industries】: Applicable for most acidic corrosive environment that existed in chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, pesticide, dyestuff industries etc.
【Application Mediums】: Various organic and inorganic acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, but not recommended to be used for hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid with high concentration.

Working Principle

Heating source inside of jacket will heat the materials inside vessel up and when it reaches the boiling point, certain compound substance will be separated from the liquid mixer because of selecive evaporation and condensation.
